BLACKOUT
Stage performance with Schmitt&Schulz and Kassandra Production (in engl. Sprache)
In our German/Danish co-production, we deal with the fear of total failure. Blackout is a kind of mindset trip in which we become sometimes failures, sometimes heroes and finally total refuseniks in the frenzy between utopia and dystopia, fear, despair, courage, hope, resignation, protest, self-sacrifice and megalomania.
Over the course of the evening, we will explore several technical, emotional and content-related blackouts and test them against various solution strategies and refusal tactics. How can we all overcome current and future crises? How much power do we have as individuals and how can we join forces? Are new utopias conceivable in the face of apocalyptic prospects for the future?
